The Dell CD-RW/DVD Combination Drive brings all the advantages of a CD-RW, a DVD-ROM, and a CD-ROM to a single drive. This drive allows you to have CD-RW and DVD-ROM functionality in a single bay, freeing up space for other devices. It offers 24X CD Write, CD Rewrite and CD Read speeds and 8X DVD Read spead. It has a buffer memory of 2 MB and features Enhanced-IDE (ATAPI) bus interface for easy installation. It uses a simple motor-powered mechanism to open and close its tray, and a three-way disc ejection system comprising eject button, software, and emergency eject hole. This product has been tested and validated on Dell systems to ensure it will work with your computer and is compatible with Dell Precision M60 Mobile Workstations.
