Can someone else pick up my store pickup order?
Only the person who places the order can pick it up. The credit card and a photo ID of the purchaser must be presented at the time of pickup. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the credit card.

Can I ship my order to a store and pick it up?
If store pickup is available for your item, you can order online and choose to pick up the item at a store.

Can I change my delivery or pickup method?
You can switch from home delivery to store pickup, or vice versa, as long as your order has not entered the shipping process.

Can I pick up pre-ordered items at a store?
Some pre-ordered titles are available for store pickup. Check product details to see if the item is available for store pickup. Once your pre-ordered title is available, you will be notified with an e-mail that it has been shipped or it is ready for store pickup. Pre-ordered titles will not be delivered or available at stores prior to the release date.

What information do I need to pick up my order?
Your photo ID and the credit card you used to place the order. A printed copy of the Order Confirmation e-mail you received would also be helpful, but not mandatory.

When can I pick up my online order at the store?
When you place a store pickup order on BestBuy.com, you will receive two e-mails. The first is an Order Confirmation e-mail telling you we received your online order. The second is the Store Pickup Notification e-mail. Your purchase will be available for store pickup anytime after you receive the Store Pickup Notification e-mail stating inventory has been confirmed and the order is ready to be picked up. You need to pick up your purchase within 8 days of placing your order. After 8 days, your order will automatically be canceled (your credit card will be refunded). At the time of pickup, if the item(s) are offered at a lower price in the store, we will automatically credit the difference to the purchasing credit card. Please Note: To ensure the security of your online purchases, only the person who made the purchase may pick up items in the store.

Follow 4 easy steps for a store pickup order:
Check store availability messaging (shown on the product detail page).
Use the Select store pickup link to check availability at a store near you.

After you receive your Store Pickup Notification e-mail, go to the store. Bring your order #, photo ID and credit card used for purchase, and check with the employee posted at the store entrance for directions to the online order pickup area (either the customer service counter or transaction center). Purchases must be picked up within 8 days of placing your order. After 8 days, your order will automatically be canceled (and your credit card will be refunded). At the time of pickup, if the item(s) are offered at a lower price in the store, we will automatically credit the difference to the purchasing credit card.
